Exception d'ordre public
Aucune des dispositions de la présente loi ne fera obstacle à ce que l'organe juridictionnel compétent refuse d'adopter une mesure régie par cette dernière, dès lors qu'une telle mesure s'avérerait manifestement contraire à l'ordre public.
