V International Seminar on Private International Law

The Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, Faculty of Law, will organize the V International Seminar on Private International Law on "Trends in the evolution of Private International Law", next March 24th and 25th, with the collaboration of the European Commission and the Notary Madrid Association.
The opening ceremony will be held in the presence of the Hon. Raúl CANOSA USERA, Dean of the Faculty of Law, University Complutense of Madrid, the Hon. Julio FUENTES GÓMEZ, Assistant Director General of Legislative Policy of the Spanish Ministry of Justice, the Hon. Mr. Francisco J. FONSECA MORILLO, Head of European Commission Representation in Spain.
A specific workshop will address the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in the Caribbean (OHADAC) with two lectures given by Prof. Dr. Sixto A. SÁNCHEZ LORENZO, University of Granada, on "OHADAC Strategies for the harmonisation of Business law in the Caribbean" and Prof. Dr. Rodolfo DÁVALOS FERNÁNDEZ, Universidad of Havana, on "The Caribbean Court of Arbitration".
