ACP Legal received at the Secretariat General of CARICOM, Georgetown, October 16th, 2012

In the continuation of the recent meetings of Miami, Hugo Ramirez Risk, President of ACP Legal Dominican Chapter, met at the Secretariat General of CARICOM in Georgetown, Guyana, with the Hon. David Hales, Secretariat Programme Manager External Economic & Trade Relations, and Hon. Branford Isaacs, Adviser to the Secretary-General, -HE Ambassador Irwin LaRocque-, on the Implementation of the Economic Partnership Agreement CARIFORUM-EU, Head of Unit, and Trade in Goods Specialist, among several top executives.
It has agreed to formalize before Dec. 14th. a OHADAC proposal of approach of trade rules & creation of a Caribbean mediation & arbitration institution, meaning that ACP Legal team may visit each CARIFORUM Member States before that date:
