On behalf our NGO, -ACP LEGAL-, the OHADAC carrier project that I have the honor to chair, we wish to convey to all our fellow Haitians and people of Haiti, the terror and dismay that we have seized through the announcement of the terrible earthquake that devastated and mourning their beautiful country.

We, in these appalling circumstances, want to assure them of our sympathy and our solidarity and invite all our OHADAC members and supporters worldwide whether in the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, Europe or other, to concretely demonstrate their solidarity approaching local and national agencies in charge of international emergency assistance to, -initially-, contribute to the global outpouring of solidarity with the Haitian people.
