ACP Legal is pleased to announce that the Cuban Convention Bureau reported that the Latin American and Caribbean Congress of International Commercial Arbitration will be held in Havana, Cuba, on June 24th., 25th. and 26th., 2010, sponsored by the Cuban Court of International Trade Arbitration, attached to the Republic of Cuba Chamber of Commerce, and co-sponsored by the National Union of Cuban Jurists and the French associations Andres Bello and ACP Legal.

The aim of the Congress is to discuss the basis for a common project on a Caribbean & Latin American Arbitration in order to facilitate goods and services trade between countries in the area. It draws on the OHADAC project for harmonization of commercial law in the Caribbean.
