With the participation of Prof. Dr. René Kiminou from the University Antilles-Guyana (UAG), President of ACP Legal Martinique Chapter, we inform about the publication of the second mentioned volume, highlighting in particular the second part of the book concerning "business Law of regional cooperation and integration", with an article called "intellectual property and Caribbean regional integration" and the third part about "Caribbean corporate Law – Business Law in the Caribbean", with three articles "Business Law in the Dominican Republic", "Intellectual property and sustainable development in Haiti" and "Arbitration litigations".
