Thanks to the initiative of Hon. Ambassador Manuel Morales Lama, President of the prestigious institution, and in attentive collaboration with Dr. Marco Herrera, member of the IHLADI Dominican National Section and FUNGLODE General Director, took place at the Ambassador Hotel, Chancellor Hall, Santo Domingo, on past Friday January 13th a “Working Breakfast” that was held in honor of the eminent scholars and prominent members of the Spanish National Section of IHLADI, Juan Carlos Fernandez Rozas, J.D., & Sixto Sanchez Lorenzo, J.D., and also Prof. Victor Fuentes Camacho, J.D.

After welcoming words by the President Manuel Morales Lama, José Carlos Fernandez Rozas & Sixto Sanchez Lorenzo lectured on arbitration from a regional perspective, in particular through the OHADAC project of creation of a Dispute Resolution Centre of proximity, dedicated to small and medium Caribbean companies whose essence will be to promote goods and services trade in the area and increase the legal certainty for international business players.
